Message I'm still trying to work on E-MODS as much as I can but the problem with my finger/hand along with being addicted to TT.Net isn't helping the situation. After a certain amount of time I just can't take the pain that I'm having. For whatever reason today (maybe I'm trying to use my hand too much) my finger has swollen up twice as much as it was a few days ago. I'm seeing the doctor about it tomorrow.

I'm adding some neat things to E-MODS that you don't see in some of the other software. Thanks to Dee (The Devils Z) for suggestions which got me thinking of even more things. I know I said I was going to release a simple mini version but I decided to include a few of the things I had mentioned in the past since some of them were pretty close to being done anyway. These other neat things will be pretty easy to add too.

While testing in home with my test setup today, I had been switching interfaces by having to reach over and plug the interfaces into a port on my powered USB hub which I have connected to the back of my computer. While testing I only want one USB device to be active at a time. That's why I don't just leave both plugged in.

After getting tired of doing that I remembered I had USB ports on the front of my computer. I started using one of the ports and while using it I started having problems with the BLAZT interface. Communication would drop and I would keep having program crashes. I started checking everything, including latency settings and nothing worked.

I then went back to the hub port and everything worked fine again. I remembered reading information about some device I was looking at a couple of years ago that explained that the device needed a certain amount of amps from the USB port in order to work. I don't remember how many but I think it was in the milli's. Later I may sacrifice a USB extension cable and place an amp meter in the power line to try to check the amperage but as it looks, it appears that the BLAZT interface needs more amperage from the USB port in order to work than the Consult interface. The Consult interface works every time on that same port. My USB hub uses an AC power supply so I suspect that due to the many ports they are being provided with more amperage. Just wanted to share more of the info.
